We only use an industrial diamond grinding machine to prepare the concrete. We don’t use acids for etching or chemicals that can damage your concrete foundation. Only by grinding to virgin concrete can we give the floor the best surface to receive and absorb our unique CGW flooring coatings. We don’t use outdated systems and old epoxy technology in our custom garage installations. We believe the old adage our fathers taught us….you get what you pay for. Care Free Garage Flooring

Custom Garage Works® flooring is stain-proof, chemical resistant and basically bullet proof. It is UV tolerant; the color of your floor will not fade or cloud up over time like many of the epoxy coatings that are offered by many contractors or DIY packages on the market today. And though it is as solid as steel...it is still flexible and will move and not crack should your house have some foundation movement (tolerances up to 1/32 for surface cracks, foundations will vary). Our floor coating is easy to clean and requires no special maintenance or waxing. Simply clean with water and a mild (non-filming) detergent. With almost no effort at all, you can have a beautiful Custom Garage Works® floor for years to come.

Storing Solution During the Process

For your added convenience, Custom Garage Works have developed a relationship with Mobile Attic. Mobile Attic is a portable storage unit. They have agreed to give all Custom Garage Works’ customers a special rate, not available to the general public. Mobile Attic will drop off an 8’x16’ or 8’x20’ unit right in your driveway, allowing you to store your garage items in a secure, dry environment while your garage is being transformed. Then, when you are ready, simply unload the unit, give them a call and they will come pick it up. It’s just that simple. *Note: Pricing will be based on delivery area. Units cannot be delivered
