J.D. and his staff did a great job. From the start, he was very prompt in response, and was flexible in arranging an estimate. While the price of this flooring is a bit high, it is well worth it in the end compared to all the low ball prices i was given by other franchise garage companies. From start to finish, this job was performed in one day. I highly recommend using he and his team (he personally works on each project), and we will definitely use him again if needed.
